A stained glass suncatcher can literally completely turn a room’s mood around… and for the better! Depending on the time of day, the orientation, and whether, the same stained glass piece can tell many different stories, adding so much magic and charm to your interior.

Stained Glass pairs with almost everything. You know your vibe, your tastes, lean into your intuition, and it will work. The combination you create with each piece of home decor will add personality to your room. Better a little colour clash than absolute boredom.
Where can I hang a suncatcher if I’m stuck for ideas?
In front of a sun-filled window is always the best option, as stained glass really reaches its full decorative potential in this context, but depending on the glass, some art pieces work really well on a wall, by themselves, or between frames, masks or other unique objects.
What if the window décor piece I really want is sold out?
Every piece is unique. We will recreate something we’ve made with pleasure for you, but we cannot guarantee it will be the exact same one. Glass availability fluctuates, imperfections will be different, patina has a mind of its own. Just reach out, and we’ll see what can be done to mend your broken heart.

What skill level is required for your stained glass patterns?
Our patterns cater to a range of skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Each listing clearly states the difficulty so you can choose a project that suits your experience.
Can I use your patterns for commercial purposes?
Our patterns are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss commercial licensing.
Can I modify or adapt your patterns?
Absolutely! You can make minor adjustments to suit your project, but please respect the original design and don’t redistribute the pattern.
How do I access my digital pattern after purchase?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a download link via email. You can also access your digital patterns through your account on our website.
Are digital patterns available worldwide?
Absolutely. Once the purchase has been completed you'll receive them via email.
How do I receive the ready-to-use vinyl patterns?
For physical sticky vinyl patterns, we carefully prepare and post them to your address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What file format are the digital patterns in?
All digital patterns are provided as high-resolution PDFs, ready to print, cut and use.
Can I print the patterns at home?
Yes! All digital patterns are designed for standard home printing on either regular paper or sticky paper.
Can I gift a pattern to a friend?
Absolutely! They'll thank you later and might end-up gifting you the piece they made. Win-Win.
Gift Cards
How do digital stained glass gift cards work?
When you purchase a gift card, you can choose to receive it yourself first or send it directly to the recipient. The card comes with a unique code that can be used at checkout on our website to redeem credit towards any stained glass piece. Gift cards are available in multiple amounts and can be used in full or in part until the balance is spent.
When will the gift card be delivered?
Instantaneously, via e-mail to the buyer or recipient (you choose!).
Do gift cards expire?
Only 36 months (3years) from the date of purchase.
How does the recipient redeem their gift card?
They get a code that enables them to unlock and access their credit and deduct the amount from their stained glass purchase at checkout.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
Absolutely. This option is available at checkout.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes. The gift card credit remains accessible until fully used, before the expiry date of 36 months from the date of purchase; making it a great gift option.
What happens if the order total is more or less than the gift card amount?
If the order total is more than the gift card amount, the recipient will have the option to pay the difference. If the order total is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will be credited to their Cœur de Verre customer profile and can be used for future stained glass decor purchases on our website.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards aren't refundable.
Do you offer physical gift cards as well as digital ones?
At this stage, we offer digital stained glass gift cards only, for our home decor pieces.
Are digital gift cards available worldwide?
Our gift cards are exclusively available in Australia.
Custom Orders / Commissions
Where are we based? Where do we deliver?
We create custom stained glass pieces from our Blue Mountains studio in NSW, Australia, and ship nation-wide.
How does a stained glass commission work?
We work around your idea and your budget to create unique stained glass commissions. They both help determine the size of the piece, the level of detail, and the choice of materials.
What’s the stained glass commission process?
You submit your enquiry via our form as a first step.
If we feel like we can do a great job with your idea, we will move to the design phase, which requires a small deposit.
Once the design is approved on your end, we’ll require half of the remaining amount before we order the specific materials for your stained glass art piece. Materials availability can influence the deadline. There is often a shortage of glass and lead in Australia, unfortunately, so a flexible mind is required. (our favourite stained glass provider is based 4000 km away and they often run out of stock)
Once the design has been approved, no change can be requested at this stage.
Once we have completed the piece, we will send you a photo to confirm it is ready to be shipped or collected. We will require the remaining amount to be paid before we package and send you your piece.

Shipping, Delivery & Refunds
Where do you ship?
We ship exclusively Australia-wide. We offer complimentary standard tracked shipping in Australia for orders over $100. Express shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. For custom orders, courier delivery is provided depending on the size of the piece.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days in general with Australia Post depending how you are based.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
As a small business, this is not an option we are providing.
What should I do if my stained glass piece arrives damaged?
Please alert us as soon as you open your package and send us pictures of the unboxing.
Can I get a replacement for a damaged piece?
Depending on the circumstances, we will do our very best to replace your damaged piece with the same design, but we cannot guarantee that we will have access to the same glass.
What proof do you need to organise a replacement for a broken item?
An unboxing video or photos of the package itself and the piece is ideal.
