Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively Australia-wide. We offer complimentary standard tracked shipping in Australia for orders over $100. Express shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. For custom orders, courier delivery is provided depending on the size of the piece.

What if the Window decor piece I really want is sold out?

Every piece is unique. We will recreate something we’ve made with pleasure for you, but we cannot guarantee it will be the exact same one. Glass availability fluctuates, imperfections will be different, patina has a mind of its own. Just reach out, and we’ll see what can be done to mend your broken heart.

We’d recommend hanging your piece in front of a window that gets a good amount of sun. Your room’s mood will literally transform. You’ll surprise yourself staring at it non-stop. It’s quite fascinating and meditative. It adds so much vibes!
